Oder man antwortet, wie es Trump zuweilen auch tut, ganz einfach mit einer gewissen Schlagfertigkeit:

...but he himself said, he'd grab them by the pussy. And, sorry, I am unable to believe, that a man who says that doesn't fuck. Moreover, he is married to a much younger woman, and such not for the first time. Besides, Bill may have smoked; maybe even more than just tobacco, but he ensured all the world, he did not inhale.

Further, in spite of possible alternate facts, which Trump could bring up, he cannot make anyone believe that he may well have fucked, but did not come.

Summary: Trump did surely fuck, and he has as well been seen smoking. Whilst it could be that he did not smoke any illegal drugs, it can in my humble opinion be considered as proven that he gets sort of drunk or high as soon as he's just thinking of (young?) women.
